Anton Lutter, MA.,FRAS
Mr. Lutter is an academic in the field of protocol and soft-diplomacy. He has advised and co-organized events concerning visits of foreign dignitaries and business people. Earlier he has been working in several capacities dealing with foreign and VIP clients. Lutter has been a member of the City Council of The Hague, portfolio finance, economics and international affairs. Since 1987 he is an elected Fellow of The Royal Asiatic Society in London. He has been awarded Dutch and foreign decorations.
Prof. Dr. h.c. Olaf baron van Boetzelaer, LLM
A professional with long-standing experience in analyzing a wide variety of political and economic international issues. He has been working in variety of functions both in and outside of government. From 2001 to present he is a part-time professor in international political relations and modern history at the Perpetual Help University in The Philippines. He wrote many articles and six books about political relations and history subjects and will be the co-author of a study book about international relations, that will be published in 2017.
